Finances

• Individual, couple, and family sessions $150

• Fee is for a 50-minute session

• American Express, Cash, Check, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, and Visa are accepted forms of payment.

Insurance

• Out of network provider. I am not contracted with insurance. 

• I am able to provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

• Please verify your coverage with your carrier before you receive services.

Good Faith Estimate

• You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your mental health care will cost.

• You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
